Namaste and welcome!
I’m Sara Taylor, yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and wellness mentor. I’m also a mother and a woman in long-term recovery.
What I have learned over the course of a 10+ year journey inside the recovery arena is that I am worth the struggle and the beautiful outcome of life and happiness.
You are worth it too, whatever your struggles are.
I began practicing yoga in 2015 as a way to develop self-love and deepen my recovery.
I have been trained and certified under the guidance of Pam Schulte (E-RYT 500 & Master Trainer) at Just Practice Yoga through Yoga Alliance. I am also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga completed through SheRecovers® with Taryn Strong.
I love being a mother, a leader, a teacher, and a student. It is the honor of my life to guide within these four responsibilities that I hold sacred.
Connection is important to me. Your journey is important to me. (Fun fact: I’m an Ennegram 7…the enthusiastic, optimistic, spontaneous, whimsical, empathetic & spiritied soul). I will gently champion the life into you and your goals!
I would be honored to work with you in some capacity and help you on your life’s journey, whether that means guidance as a teacher or mentor, or simply providing you with helpful resources through my blog.
Below I’ve listed some ways to get started.
In gratitude,
Sara
