Online Yoga - (Intention: Aparigraha = Non attachment)

Weekly guided yoga class via zoom. In this offering, we will explore mindful intention through movement and balance. This class is a 60-min. invitation to slow down your central nervous system and tap into your breath. Nothing is required except your willingness. This is a Sunday morning invitation to soul source; your divine being.
