Online Yoga - Intention: Ahimsa (Non-Violence)

Weekly guided yoga class via zoom. Each week we will explore an intention and move through postures, practice balance and breath exercises. This class is 60-min. offering to slow your central nervous system. We will practice mindful awareness by exploring movements and holding in stillness. Nothing is required except your willingness. This is a Sunday morning invitation to soul source; your divine being.
